This December, bring the whole family to experience ‘Bauble Town’, an enchanting new musical full of laughter, puppets, and Christmas magic, touring East Riding libraries and community venues!
It’s Christmas Week and Bauble Town is buzzing as the baubles wait to be chosen by a new family to take their place of honour on the Christmas tree. Bob, the most unassuming bauble on the shelf, is in for a surprise when he’s picked by little Fiona Fig!
Will Bob fit in with the other ornaments? Can he discover the true meaning of ‘family’ as he embarks on an unforgettable adventure to Fiona’s two houses?
This show is accessible to all featuring acoustic music, Makaton integrated into songs, natural lighting, and a relaxed environment.

Content Note
Bauble Town was lovingly created through collaboration with local young carers and children in care. The show explores meaningful themes about family, including:
-
Experiences of foster families
-
What family means to different people
-
Young carers' daily lives and responsibilities
-
Care experiences and conversations
We've worked closely with these incredible young people to tell their stories respectfully and authentically. While the show is filled with magic and joy, we understand these themes may resonate deeply with some audience members.
We aim to make this a welcoming, supportive experience for all families.
There will be photography and filming of the show throughout our BAUBLE TOWN tour.
This will be used by the She Productions’ team for marketing purposes. If you cannot have your photograph taken or would like not to be in photos, please speak to a member of the She team at your venue!
